## Ybe Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ybe website (ybeapp.com) and/or mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our User-Generated Content Policy, Payments and Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy (collectively, the "Agreements"). If you do not agree to these Agreements, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ybe immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3. User-Generated Content
Ybe allows users to upload, share, and view video content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Ybe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. 4. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Ybe intellectual property without our express written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ybe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ybe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if Ybe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ybe harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
Ybe may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
9. Governing Law

## Ybe User-Generated Content Policy

* Hate speech: Content that attacks or demeans a person or group based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
* Harassment: Content that harasses, bullies, or intimidates others.
* Violence: Content that depicts graphic violence or glorifies violence.
* Child exploitation: Content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
* Spam: Content that is unsolicited or spam-like in nature.
* Malware: Content that contains malware or other harmful code.

## Ybe Payments and Refund Policy
