By accessing or using the Website or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
By using the YBE Website and App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use certain features of the YBE platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use the YBE platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the following:
No illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
No spamming or harassment of other users.
No infringement of intellectual property rights.
No activities that disrupt the functioning of the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you post on YBE, but you grant YBE a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform in connection with the services provided.
Your use of YBE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
YBE may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms.
YBE is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall YBE or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kerala, India.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and YBE.
By downloading, installing, or using the YBE App, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
YBE grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a compatible device solely for personal and non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
You may not:
Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the App.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including intellectual property rights, are owned by YBE and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
YBE may, from time to time, provide updates to the App. These updates may be mandatory or optional, and you agree to install them when prompted. The terms of this Agreement will apply to any updates you receive.
Your use of the App is subject to YBE's Privacy Policy, which is available at [link to Privacy Policy].
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate it by uninstalling the App. YBE may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any terms, and upon termination, you must cease using the App and uninstall it.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YBE does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or operate error-free. YBE is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Kerala, India.
